“I can play a little bit, but– it’s like, nothing.”
"Just show me, I promise I won't judge."
“Okay but if you don’t think The Bee Movie was the biggest joke of the 2000′s I’m leaving.”
"Are you kidding ?? I've literally watched that film thousands of times and intend on watching it a thousand times more."
“I’m pretty sure someone is playing a prank on me because since Wednesday someone has been leaving various.. lewd toys outside my door.“
"Please tell me you're planning on doing a hilarious prank on them once you find out who the bitch is. If you are, I'm helping."

“I say that it was well done, guys are such pigs some times, I swear, they deserve a broken nose if they can’t respect people”
"You know, I've never been one to hold back on kicking ass. I think he was surprised, actually. Like, hey, I'm small, but I'm mighty."
"So, on the way back from L.A., this guy decided to grab my ass. I told him that if he did it again, I'd break his nose. He did it again, so I broke his freakin' nose. Needless to say, I got my kick back. Anyway, did you miss me ??
cian-blue-eyed-collins:
“Well, good for you.”
“I guess so”
"So, aside from bragging about your major, how are you ??"
hyfrmina:
“Nothing,” Mina laughed, shaking her head. She lifted up her hair so that he could clip the necklace around her neck easier, smiling. “Oh, hush,” she said, waving him off gently. She watched him with curious eyes, her gaze never leaving his face.
Elijah finished preparing their dinner and washed off his hands before serving it at the table and pulling out a chair for Mina. “After you, m’lady,” he grinned, chuckling under his breath as he flourished his hand in the air.
Mina raised an eyebrow at him. "Oh, so you're going to be a gentleman ??" She swung herself off the counter, and sauntered towards the chair, kissing Elijah's cheek before she sat. "Thank you," she grinned, waiting for him to join her at the table. "My parents are coming to visit," she said suddenly, waiting for his reaction.
hyfrmina:
“Yeah, but I’m used to it. My dad was never really around.” Mina pursed her lips, laughing. “Oh, so you like the strong stuff. Fresh, too.”
“Well if it’s any consolation, sometimes havin’ your dad around isn’t the best thing for ya anyways.” Lily smiled slightly and continued. “I wouldn’t be a true southerner if I didn’t like the good ol’ stuff.”
"That's true. It's cool, anyway. My dad's level of asshole is on point." She said with a laugh, nudging her friend. "I'll drink to that. We know how to live the better life."
hyfrmina:
“I guess so, yeah. But I’d prefer to go alone instead of being with my parents.” Mina shrugged, grinning up at him. “I’m counting on that.”
“Well don’t go alone. Bring a friend or someone. Vacations aren’t as fun when you’re completely alone.”
"I mean, Elijah tagged along. But I'd rather not be under PG twenty-four-seven, y'know ??"
“Oh, gotcha. Do you like helping people or something? ?”
“Yes, I do”
"Well, good for you."
Mina gave him a warning look, her wariness showing. “Elijah…” She took the box in her small hands, and eyed him cautiously as she lifted the lid. Gasping, Mina pulled out the necklace, resting it in her palm so she could study it. “Oh my God, it’s beautiful.” She grinned, pecking her boyfriend’s lips. “Thank you.”
“What was that look?” he chuckled, letting her kiss him. Elijah took the chain back from her and hooked it gently around her neck. “There. Beautiful. The necklace doesn’t look bad either,” he teased Mina, kissing her again before returning to the boiling water and dumping the pasta in, taking the sauce off of the stove.
"Nothing," Mina laughed, shaking her head. She lifted up her hair so that he could clip the necklace around her neck easier, smiling. "Oh, hush," she said, waving him off gently. She watched him with curious eyes, her gaze never leaving his face.
hyfrmina:
“Yeah, it is. I’ve heard of people being excited to go back to school or college because of friends, but to study ?? Wow. Wow…”
“I just really like my major, medicine was always my passion, and the fact that I will be able to help people after I became a doctor, makes me even more excited”
"Oh, gotcha. Do you like helping people or something ??"
hyfrmina:
Mina was looking over at the water in pan as he said those three words, which made her gaze flick up to him. Elijah was the first person that she had been in a serious relationship with, and she knew how serious they were getting even when they were just friends. Her lips quirked up. “I love you too.”
Elijah swallowed and ran his fingers through his hair gently before digging into his pocket. “Don’t think I forgot about your birthday,” he gave her a grin and a kiss, pulling a small box out, excited to see her face when she opened the box with the small silver heart necklace inside. “I got it in Italy.”
Mina gave him a warning look, her wariness showing. "Elijah..." She took the box in her small hands, and eyed him cautiously as she lifted the lid. Gasping, Mina pulled out the necklace, resting it in her palm so she could study it. "Oh my God, it's beautiful." She grinned, pecking her boyfriend's lips. "Thank you."
hyfrmina:
“Good, because that would be a hazard,” she chuckled, crossing her legs, and resting her chin in one of her hands as she watched her boyfriend intently. Smiling, she nodded and placed a hand around his wrist to steady the spoon, tasting the sauce. Licking her lips, she grinned. “That’s amazing. I love it.”
“Good,” he grinned, and studied her eyes intently. “I love you.” he murmured. It was the first tim he had said it to her, or anyone, really. The first time he meant it romantically- it wasn’t easy. Licking his lips, he put the spoon gently in the sink and waited for a reaction.

hyfrmina:
“You’re excited to study again?? Okay…”
“Oh come on, it’s not that weird”
"Yeah, it is. I've heard of people being excited to go back to school or college because of friends, but to study ?? Wow. Wow..."
hyfrmina:
“Well, she is pretty awesome,” she laughed, lifting his head up so that she could kiss him softly. “Alright, but if I burn the kitchen down, it’s your fault.”
“I won’t let you near the stove, no worries,” he chuckled, carrying her to the kitchen and sitting her onto the counter. Pulling out pasta and a pot, Elijah began to boil water for the noodles as he collected ingredients for a sauce. “Babe, come try this,” he nodded to her, dipping a spoon into the small saucepan and holding it out for her, his hand cupped underneath it in case it dripped.

hyfrmina:
“Clubs are too rowdy, I’d rather stay here with you,” she smirked, leaning into his lips as they moved down to her neck. “Plus, your pasta dished are pretty badass.”
“They’re to go with my badass girlfriend,” he murmured into her neck, nibbling her gently before pecking her lips once more. “C’mon, you can help me.”
"Well, she is pretty awesome," she laughed, lifting his head up so that she could kiss him softly. "Alright, but if I burn the kitchen down, it's your fault."
