me walking down the cereal isle and seeing my favorite cereal be half off

trying to 100% BOTW and get all the koroks and i accidentally fucked up a trio of trees puzzle so i fought three silver lynels, two hinoxes, and cleared out hyrule castle of guardians and monsters just to get a blood moon to reset the trees

and then all but one of the trees spawned fruit again 😐

Song of the Hero

Congratulations on your 35th anniversary, TLOZ! Thank you for so many amazing games.

It’s a testament to the skill and dedication of all the people who worked on this series which - despite not (majorly) changing its general formula - continues to create games which are fun, engaging and remarkable. Even games from 20-30 years back are still fun to play this day.

Though I have a really soft spot for the (adult) 3D Links, I find Link in general a very interesting protagonist. Consider this my homage to 35 years of travelling with the heroes. They don’t speak much, but they had a lot to tell.

A streamer I was watching said Link is nearsighted in reference to him having to get really up close to signs before he can read them and it lives in my head rent free now. When he ran out to the cliff to look out over the world he was actually getting over a bout of dizziness bc what the fuck is all this blurriness

I hope this causes yet another reason for Revali to hate his ass. Link being near sighted, but just defeating enemies and being incredibly skilled with archery out of pure luck?? *chefs kiss* It’s gold...
