this is from a part in Fist of the North Star where a character is dying and in pain, and without it ever being mentioned before, they're all like We Need To Go To Medicine City to get meds to ease their suffering. Medicine City is ruled by Dog Master who fights using dogs and says "Haha.. Dogs are best!"
