Here is a basic age regression session, taking you back as far as you would like to go. Age regression is a classic hypnotic technique that many people find comfort in, as it allows you to let go of adulthood's responsibilities.

I'm sick this week, so no voice files from me until this forced unwilling Hanna -> Frog TF is over. I sound terrible!

Luckily I had a backup file ready in case of illness. This is a hypnotic deepener that I crafted, meant to be played quietly in the background while you listen to a hypno file or music. You can also listen to it on its own.

It begins with fast-pulsing beta waves, then by the 8-minute mark has transitioned into slower theta, where it remains for the rest of the track. This is the method that works best for me personally when I'm trying to achieve trance. I recommend using headphones to get the full benefits of the binaural effect.
