How I (serious adult) have been texting my girlfriend (also serious adult) as of late
When are we going to stop caring about Genshin Impact or anything else that company puts out? Like truly and genuinely if you’re still unabashedly playing and posting Genshin or Honkai and maintaining those things as mainstays of your online presence I do just assume you hate South&West Asians and move on with my life
And it’s fine like I think it’s a good commentary on/acknowledgement of the ongoing and eternally derivative nature of fiction but it’s also like.. if a novel begins with passages from Paradise Lost AND Henry IV AND Hamlet along with dozens of other major and minor works then that does set an extremely high bar in my mind, because it reads as though you’re using those works to set your own up and as though you’re planning to build on them all
Melville: Okay so you know epigraphs? You know how they’re one paragraph of a different work of literature? Yeah. Mhm. Can we do, like, 50 of those
The extracts at the beginning of Moby-Dick are such a clever choice but one which I know I would find deeply pretentious and insufferable and ill-advised if I didn’t think the novel was incredible thus far
I have so many asks from Vincent just sitting there waiting to be answered. It’s kind of a rush honestly. I feel powerful
Danya
How are we feeling tonight, buddy?
Find a Linux distro you like and install it on top of Windows, I can help you do this if you need assistance, I run Ubuntu. Honestly I enjoy the functionality and ease of Windows too much to fully switch over but I also reap the benefits of running Linux which is nice
(Pulling this out of my backlog of asks like it’s a rabbit from a hat) Exhibit A: Vincent mansplaining Linux to me
Remember when I had the dankovsky pfp and drank a bunch of angry orchard and wouldn’t stop sending you the “gatorade… is it in you?”
I think I’ve still got screenshots of that if not actually just the asks sitting in my extremely backlogged askbox. Incredible bit though slightly concerning
I'm Vincent. I like the ocean, music, film programming, Metal Gear Solid and more. We should combine our strengths and promo each other. Either way, please fill out my guestbook!

promote me for incoherent lecturing
Well, I’m Mirabai.. and it’s promo hour. I’m most notably a reader, so you’ll see me post excerpts and thoughts on what I’m working through from time to time. I am deeply serious about detectives, medicine, ‘ojousama’-type characters, and butchfemme. Even if you’re not interested in following me, I’d love if you would leave me a note.
Glass of wine and a beach read (Moby-Dick)
I think I got Rubin on that Pathologic quiz..and court assigned shared custody of Dankovsky byVincent
