Garashir soulmate fic in which Julian has the words "It's Doctor Bashir, isn't it?" on his wrist, but during the events of The Wire he finds out Garak has "Don't move, I've got you." In Kardasi script down his chest and is quietly a little bit devastated.
Then it all goes to shit years later when the Orb of Time goes haywire on the station and throws Julian back 25 years to occupied Bajor. He's obviously appeared in the middle of something, because there are armed Cardassian guards storming a big important-looking building and someone is yelling about the Gul being assassinated, so Julian decides to beat a hasty retreat down a nearby alley and almost steps on an injured Cardassian in servant's clothes curled up on the floor clutching at their face in pain.
Julian should absolutely leave right now - a human on Bajor in this time period will stick out like a sore thumb - but he's a Doctor, he can't leave someone injured when he can help it, so he grabs his Tricorder that is mercifully still attached to his belt and hovers over the man. "Don't move," he says, in hopefully passable Kardasi. "I've got you."
The man freezes immediately.

Adding some from Scotland I have experience with and afaik take donations, some are broader but with good trans inclusion:
Scottish Trans - Trans advocacy, information and social events. Run by the Equality Network, a broader Scottish LGBTQI advocacy group.
LEAP Sports Scotland - Sports charity that advocates for queer inclusion in sports, runs trans sports groups (Trans Active) in at least Glasgow and Edinburgh that I can absolutely recommend.
LGBT Health & Wellbeing - Not trans specific but includes trans specific, trans led and trans inclusive support and social events, and supports a variety of smaller community-run subgroups.
And another couple UK-wide:
Gender Identity Research & Education Society - Trans led charity supporting research on trans matters and education/training on trans inclusion. Does consultancy for public and private sector organisations.
Trans Kids Deserve Better - Trans advocacy and activist group led by and for trans kids. They do good work.

What do you mean there's no fic about Garak tied up in a cuck chair watching Miles O'Brien fuck Julian Bashir with wild abandon while both of them are making snide comments about how massive Miles dick is and how Bashir's face twists in pleasure with every thrust because Miles cock is stretching him out so much better than Garak could while Garak is practically shaking from the combined arousal of humiliation and jealousy.
Garak was late to lunch that day because he was building a bomb to destroy his shop. He was eating Delavian chocolates while he made it. He saw an assassin and knew for whom the bell tolled, but he still ate his chocolates, and he still went to lunch, just a little late. Because he was making a bomb to blow himself up with.
Just to reiterate, Garak’s to-do list that day looked like this:
1. Make bomb
2. Lunch with Dr. Bashir ❤️
3. Explode
I’m reblogging my own post again because I just remembered that Garak WASN’T HUNGRY. He went to lunch but he didn’t eat anything, because he filled up on chocolates while making his bomb. He also risked his life to go to lunch. There was an assassin loose on the Promenade and he wasn’t hungry. You know every second counted because he blew himself up the exact instant that he walked into his shop. He literally only went to lunch at all so that he could tell Julian how much he hated Julius Caesar.
I…. I can’t get this out of my head. I think I have to write a fic about it.
