Since I began listening to kpop I developed an unhealthy relationship with food and now at 16 I wanna be 45kg. I'm 166cm so its not healthy, I'm aware. That's only since most kpop girls surround the weight 45kg and I get get the idea of wanting to be 45kg out of my head. I currently weigh 65-70kg. So if you wanna, follow me along on this journey~
I'm anorexic and in no way, shape or form do I promote eating disorders. Mine controls my life and the way I look at things. You don't wanna cry over a piece of bread. Eat healthy and workout a few times per week (if you aren't triggered by counting calories look up a calorie deficit and how it works! I developed my ED from counting calories so I wouldn't say I recommend it) . I recommend 30 minutes jumprope 3 times a week for cardio, if you feel like it maybe pop in a work out video or two . Don't starve yourself, it's not worth it, I promise
