I want to die but I don't want to k*ll myself
Being angry is okay. Being upset is okay. Feeling your emotions is okay. You do not have to have permission to feel things.
I dream a lot. And it's usually completely unrealistic, wild, and difficult to explain. But the most common thing In my dreams is my inability to walk. For example, crossing a main road and my legs feeling so weak, and i keep dropping to my knees while knowing i have to get up, and move as fast as i can.
This evening my brain is screaming;
"You're annoying people, L, you're too much. You take up too much space. You need to become less, become smaller. What makes you think that you deserve to be heard? That you are worthy of love? That people like you? Come on, be realistic."
But there's a small, quiet voice in the back of my mind reminding me that I'm NOT taking up too much space. That i DO deserve to be heard. And i AM worthy of love.
It isn't easy to hear the quiet voice over all the screaming, but I'm trying.
"Time took the pain, but then nothing grew back in its place."

I had therapy yesterday. It went well, but its a lot to process.
So I guess I'm back on Tumblr.
