Hi my name is Nate, I'm turning 28 in a few months, I work a full time job and I just applied to an online school to earn a degree.
I'm on a weightloss/muscle building journey that started about a month ago. I made this blog so I have a place to vent and hopefully find community. A year from now I want to be a completely different person.
Any tips are appreciated especially as I am new to the gym.
