Oh my gosh! Not only did you write a story about Nolly, but you did it flawlessly! I felt like I was actually reading the opening scene from one of my Miss Nolly books. I love it! And kind of wish I could see where it went from there… I mean, I know where it would have gone from there if I was the one writing the story… But it would be interesting to see where you planned to take it.

Well look at that. My tumblr just got banned and I got locked out of it. Haha! I’ve been casually posting porn here and there since the ban and some of it got through and some of it didn’t, but it was never an issue. My Tumblr was still up and running. And now all of a sudden after a few pictures for shark week they finally banned me. LOL Guess I’m going to have to make a new tumblr because now my followers can’t send me asks anymore. Fuck you Tumblr!
Holy shit! I had no idea that could happen… I thought if you survived the purge you were safe. I didn’t realize you could still suddenly get banned at any time. I’m going to have to be more careful…

Which means in order to see anything, I have to scroll through EVERYTHING. I can’t access my blog proper anymore. If I want to find a post from a few years back I can’t just click on my archive and locate it real quick. And because no one else can access my blog anymore they can’t send me asks or stuff like that. I’m essentially locked out of everything.

Helen Arlet’s ownership of my fursona is a lot like Marvel Comic’s ownership of Rom The Spaceknight back in the 80s. Helen doesn’t exactly OWN my fursona. I own my fursona. She’s me after all. What Helen owns is a license to use my fursona. Basically, I’m a licensed character. Just like Rom was.
You see, Helen and I are very close. So when she expressed an interest in using my fursona in a commercial work I sold her a license to use my character. She is currently the only person who has a right to use my fursona in commercial works. The only other person who’s ever been given permission to use my fursona was Mamabliss, but that was for non-commercial use. She had my permission to use my fursona in a free webcomic. And people are still free to draw fan art of me (although I haven’t seen any yet... sad...) and I’m still free to use my own fursona and commission other people to draw my fursona for whatever use I want. But Helen is the only one with the license to make money off my fursona.
So in other words... Helen only owns my fursona in works that she created. All other times I own my fursona.
