Day 6:

TP is actually stored as a value from 0 to 250, so 1% TP is actually 2.5 "real" TP.

Why? Toby Fox made this game. His mind is a fucking enigma. This can lead to some shenanigans, specifically when the TP cost for a spell is an odd number - for example, Ralsei's new ReviveSong costs 85% TP, but shows 84% TP in a battle. This is because it costs 170 "real" TP which translates to 84.8% TP, and the battle rounds down.

Don't ask me how the Pink battle is dealt with if it's a number from 0 to 250 and the max TP goes up in increments of 1%. I don't know either.

something cool that i noticed on tumblr (im new to tumblr) is that in the reblog graph u can see how many reblogs deep a post is. so three reblogs deep would be a reblog of a reblog of a reblog of the original post.

Day 5: The Yellow Hat (from Pink) doesn't actually multiply the spells by 1.2, rather it changes their scaling. For Susie's heal, it just boosts the magic scaling, not the scaling based on how many times you've cast it.

For Ralsei's heal, it does multiply the magic scaling by 1.2, both for ReviveSong and Heal Prayer.

But for Rude Buster, it just increases the attack scaling from 11 -> 12 and the magic scaling from 5 -> 5.5. This isn't even a 10% increase in damage! Therefore if you want to utilize the full benefits of the yellow hat, equip it to Ralsei!

Day 4 of posting an obscure deltarune fact every day: Susie gets a +4 Magic buff after beating Gerson, but this buff doesn't persist to Chapter 5. So the only thing you get is the Justice Axe which doesn't even do anything (and the shadow crystal ig). This might be a bug?

Day 3:

During Chapter 2's weird route, you can actually spare berdly.

You can normally get 10% mercy on any enemy just by sparing it (this also works in chapter 1 i think even though theres no mercy bar?) but this does not work on snowgrave berdly. N-Action doesn't work either.

However, you do have two unique ACTs during this fight, "Glare" and "Wake"

Glare lowers Berdly's Defense and increases mercy by 13%

Wake requires Noelle and gives her +3 Magic.

None of these are required for the weird route, so having these is very interesting, especially "Wake" since all you need to do is cast Snowgrave which instakills berdly.

Day 2: The bombs on Pink's fight do NOT have the Cat element. Therefore the Mannequin, Frayed Bowtie, Dealmaker, and TrueTie don't apply their resistances. If you are mainly getting hit by the bombs, stack regular defense/healing instead!

Bonus: All items with a Puppet/Cat defense greater then 20% are set to 20% in Chapter 5! This includes every item with Puppet/Cat defense except for the Frayed Bowtie, which gives 15%.

Here's my crack theory, Papyrus is a broken off piece of the Forgotten Man, who himself is known as Grandpa Semi, who is actually just a fragment of Gaster, and Sans is also a fragment of Gaster. Sans views Papyrus as his brother because they're two parts of the same guy.

How does this work???? I have no fucking clue, but it does explain all the fucked up bullshit going on with that family. There was only 1 skeleton, but because WD fucked up we got 3, then 4, and then fuck it, there might as well be a 5th somewhere too, where's Prunsel?????

Also I just realized I reinvented that one Game Theory video but added glup shitto and Deltarune evidence FUCK. Mat was so fucking insane that he beat me to the crack theory before we had actual evidence that Gaster could be more than one guy.
