One of my work friends told me she doesn't like to cook because it takes too much time and energy, so I made this guide to help her out because I *ALSO* struggle with that. When I moved out of my parents' house I promised myself I would never subsist solely off of pre-prepared freezer meals ever again, so here's how I manage to do that even though I have very little energy most days.
This also assumes you have an instant pot or some kind of electric pressure cooker, but I wrote separate instructions for pretty much everything to be made without one. I just find that helpful when I have no energy.
I know cooking can be hard and time consuming and makes dishes which can be a huge barrier for a lot of people, but with food prices the way they are right now it might be a good time to try it out if you can. I hope this knowledge can help someone the way it helped me❤
(Also excuse any spelling or grammar errors I wrote this while I was at work and I don't care enough to go back and fix it)
