Biking is an amazing avenue for fitness. It doesn't cost anything except the investment yet so much fulfilling compared to window shopping. Hehe!

I miss those moments when I had a flat. Sure, it's gonna spoil the biking day but reminiscing those moments with your bike surely gets your mind wandering about the possibilities of an unexpected journey.

Father's Day.

A good time to make a throwback of the past... I can remember it vividly those times I was being taught how to plow in the farm, drain the piggery, attend with goats and cows, feed chickens, even sell sweet corn.

But the most vivid of them all are the moments when he taught me how to ride a bike. That child in me still remains today.

To the father's out there. No matter what the process of fatherhood you came to being; prophetic, planned, accidental. You are still the father of this country's greatest asset. "Train your child in the way he should go, when he is old he will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6

Heavens flicker with thunderbolt and lightning shouting "being a father is hard, horrifying, sensitive... mixed into one. So avail your labada-free day today." :D
