So, to keep things interesting, I’m embarking on a 30 Day Meal Prep Challenge! WooHoo! I’ll be beginning a dairy and posting my weekly meal prep plans. Feel free to provide encouragement, make suggestions and of course join in! Breakfast - Lean Body Protein shake, banana, yogurt
Snack - Apples or Oranges
Lunch - Pulled Chicken and Brown Rice
Snack - Apples or Oranges
Dinner (Post workout meal) - Protein shake, Southwest Cod and roasted broccoli and potatoes
Snack - Yogurt and apple or orange or banana
