The ongoing war has devastated my family. Weโve lost 25 family membersโeach one a beloved part of our lives, taken too soon. I miss them deeplyโtheir laughter, their presence, their love. Every day is a reminder of this unimaginable loss.
We are now facing daily challenges to surviveโthings that most people take for granted, like food, clean water, and a safe place to sleep. The harsh realities of life here have replaced our dreams with the constant fight for survival.
Our Current Situation:

If you noticed, in the last week or so, the daily reports of the number of Palestinians killed in Gaza would average ~120. And as grotesque as it sounds, I do feel like people for the most part have grown unaffected by the numbers. The reason I say this now comes from the fact that what was circulating the most in the past week was how all of Gaza is functioning on 6 ambulances or how all of 36 hospitals in Gaza are destroyed (which isn't entirely true). This honestly proves that while we need consistent advocacy, people do crave shock value even if misdirected unfortunately.
Not sure what the best way would be to tell all of you that every single Palestinian killed by Israel is one life too many and genocide does not have a specific threshold of number of people killed per day to qualify as such.
We need to be loud about Palestine and we need to be consistent. Make no mistake, this genocide might drag on for many reasons but at the end of the day, those who are facilitating it are counting on people losing momentum.
A terrifying Israeli massacre at the Al-Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in the Jabalia refugee camp, as narrated by journalist Anas al-Sharif:
โญ The tents of the displaced people were burned while they were inside the tents; the disabled and patients were burned to death due to their inability to move.
โญ Dozens of martyrs are inside the hospital after hundreds of injured people bled for hours without access to any medical services.
โญ Everyone who tries to enter the hospital is being shot at by the Israeli army.
โญ The building of the hospital was bombed with dozens of shells.
Shuhada Gaza account reports that Refaat Alareer received a phone call from the Israeli intelligence, disclosing his location at the school where he sought refuge.
They explicitly stated their intention to kill him. To avoid endangering others, he left the school. Tragically, at 6 p.m., the apartment of his sister, where he sought refuge, was bombed. The attack resulted in the murder of Refaat and his sister and her four children.
Dr. Nahed Al-Harazin, Head of the Women and Child Unit at Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology at the Public Service Hospital, was martyred in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The destruction inflicted upon the Great Omari Mosque, the oldest mosque of Gaza built over 650 years ago, as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardments.
