There is a high demand for my mother's empanadas! But you don't even understand. The way she makes them... And when she folds the dough... That woman is an artist. I am the absolute worst when it comes to folding them like she does, but I'm gonna try my best because that is A LOT of food to make and she's not gonna be around forever, so I have to learn. What better time than now? I'm tired already, lol. And the other stuff?! Google that shit cause I don't feel like explaining it right now just thinking about everything we have to do. Gonna have to roll ourselves to the gym after Thanksgiving is over! 😅
