If you didn’t matter so much to God, you wouldn’t matter so much to the enemy.

Be honest with God
Be honest with God.
Tell Him that you’re hurting. Tell Him you think it isn’t fair. Tell Him you’re angry. Tell Him you’re sad. Tell Him you don’t understand why He’s doing this. Tell Him.
Don’t keep silent, praying your same prayer over and over again because you don’t want to ‘anger’ Him. Or because you think it’s childish. Or because you ‘know’ the Bible has the answer so you don’t wanna ‘bother’ God.
God would rather you come honestly, screaming and crying and making a mess than bringing Him the same, empty prayer all of the time.
Be honest with God. He already knows you’re hurting, you’re angry, you’re sad… but He’s waiting for you to tell Him that.
I have learned that I will never get satisfied with life until I give it to the One who made it.

As I look back I realize how many times the Lord guided me without me even realizing it.

I have Him, but more importantly, He has me.
J.S. (via jspark3000)
A religious person says, “I’m following the rules and I’m doing good.”The Christian says, “I’m in a relationship with God, and He makes me good.”
J.S. (via jspark3000)
There is nothing sinful or unchristian about going through seasons of being down or troubled. In fact, Jesus says that the poor in spirit are exactly who the Kingdom is for.
Matt from thebridgechicago (via thebridgechicago)
We are not saved by what we do but by what Christ has done.
Relying on God has to begin all over again everyday as if nothing had yet been done
