What a fantastic day!! Oh my! What a wonderful couple! Achilles and Sanjiv (Sunny) made this happen and I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE of handing over the keys. They told me they had bought a 2018 CX-5 however the colour wasn't quite right. This was what they were waiting for. Not an easy find. And found. 💙👌 They also had time constraints? We waited to make sure our clients' schedule was met. They were in a rush to pick up the vehicle, then run off to their son's basketball game. With that we made sure to let them know they were welcome to return if more time is needed to be guided through the features when they were not so busy. I am so Proud to be a part of the Achilles Clubhouse Team!! Seriously! A family and super team from sales to service and our backbones.. F&I, accounting, and our wonderful technicians and parts team. And my one favorite even if we are not suppose to have any... Robert. Amazing detailer! Not an easy job. And he harmony amongst all.. I never experienced before. Love it. Comes from the tops. I mean in the leadership model. Perfect. 🤗 I spoke to my dream was to be a part of this dream team. Grateful I am. Until Dan gets tired of me.
