Usually, when people write about Bill scaping Theraprisim and coming back to be a 30 yrs torment to the Pines family, people said that he is powerless — because of obviously reasons — or at least only being able to float! But the question is:

How Bill's voice sound like when his powerless, does he got the same voice as King (from TOH/ no voice effect) or he keeps talking with that effect?

He keeps speaking with the effect because he was born this way :V

Here is the redesign of Bill (and also Tad)! The question ain't finished yet, it will end tomorrow, but the results are quite obvious to me… so… here it is

I'have tried to make their gloves and socks be like sheer translucent silk, but with a matching colour - as someone suggested in the comments - but it gets out more lighter… a bit greyish(???) and under these gloves and socks they got black arms and legs yes!

TELL ME IF I CAN USE OTHER COLOUR OR TONE IN THEIR SOCKS AND GLOVES!

Random thoughts:

It borders me when I try to read a Billford fanfic and the writer do not add the "human Bill Cipher" or "temporary human Bill Cipher" on the tag and randomly puts a human design in the story. Nothing against human Bills, I just can't see him as a human and I'd like to avoid it, please put all the tags in your story, so I, and other readers, can read what they want without interacting with contents we don't want to see!!!!
