I mean, i know WHY (technically speaking, considering what the song's about and how it connects to the show/characters), but they've already used it. once to be exact, when mike and everyone thinks will is dead and stuff. so, if the song already has that scene connected to it, why use it again for the finale? (i hope you get what im trying to say)
