Will: We like playing dnd into the night… And we like that old person smell in Mikes basement! *chuckles* And.. and we… we like biking to Melvalds for malted milkshakes! and-
*Suddenly Mike stands up*
*Everyone stares at Mike and Lucas reaches up trying to pull Mike back into his seat*
Lucas: What the hell are you talking about cant you read the room??!
*Mike yanks his arm out of Lucas’s grip and turns to Will in a state of panic*
Mike: Will when have we ever done that?! What are you talking about!
*Will is staring at Mike in bewilderment and everyone in the room has been hushed into a tense silence*
Nancy: Mike what are you implying?
*Mike sits down and stares attentively at Will, waiting for him to continue, and ignoring all the eyes on him*
Joyce: Will, carry on honey.
*All of a sudden, Wills whole body stills and his posture straightens. He stands up then looks over at Mike with an emotionless eerie smile*
Will: You always were the most observant weren’t you Micheal, especially when it came to… him.
*everyone sits frozen in shock and watches in horror as Will’s eyes slide to the back of his head and his head shoots back. He starts twitching and seizing and his feet are hovering a few inches of the ground before Mike launches himself off the sofa and grips his shoulders, pulling him back to the floor*
Mike: GUYS! EL! QUICK SOMEONE HELP HIM!
*Mike looks behind himself to see that everyone else in the room is sitting straight with their eyes in the backs of their heads and blank expressions*
*suddenly Will stops shaking and his head rolls back up. His eyes have turned dark brown and seem almost lifeless. He gives Mike an unsettling smile and Mike stares back in pure terror. Mikes hands are still on Wills shoulders and Will slides his to grip on Mikes upper arms. Will moves his mouth to Mikes ear and Mike visibly shudders*
Will: They’re all gone Micheal. He’s mine now.
Mike: No! No Will this isn’t you he’s trying to use you! Please Will.. please fight it! I know you’re in there! I need you! I-
*Wills face abruptly goes slack again and his head tilts to the ceiling. Mike looks down and sees that Will is tapping on his arm*
*Will taps something into him. He taps it a few more times and Mikes face in scrunched up in concentration before he gets it*
Mike: Dream? Is this a dream?!
*Wills pattern changes. He’s spelling another word*
Mike: Fake? Will I don’t understand, please come back to me I- *sobs* I don’t understand
*tears start pouring down Mikes face and he moves his hands to Wills face, desperately trying to understand what’s going on. Yet again the pattern changes*

Mike: find… find exit? W-what exit? Is- is this Vecna fucking with us? Or me?! Where is th-
*Wills head snaps up and he looks like himself again, only terrified. He moves his hands to Mikes shoulders and shakes him frantically
Will: MIKE. HE KNOWS. YOU NEED TO RUN. RUN!
