a farewell or a goodbye? yang couldn’t make up her mind about what this day and meant, how things would play out or even what to say. perhaps saying nothing is the best thing, after all, they are all having a great time. their last moment together causing havoc. this place wasn’t perfect, and it might have taken her some time to realize this, but it was better than home. it felt like home.
finding solace behind the golden gun’s counter, yang makes one last strawberry sunrise, no ice, and a little umbrella. her trusty chair is still there, loyal as always. and she wastes no time in kicking back with her drink, feet over the counter.
she’s going to miss this. the chaosbut it’s for the best... it is with little surprise that yang realizes she doesn’t want to go back home. and maybe...maybe she won’t.
“it won’t be the same without you, girl.” you ever just talk to your bar? “guess i’ll just have to build you back up wherever i go.” hm, yeah. that sounds good.
and so, it’s over.
