“Well I don’t exactly like it either, H,” Louis sighs, sitting back further, Harry’s hand sliding off of him. “Listen, love. I’m going to get sick either way- hey don’t pout. I’m going to get sick either way. We live together, we share a bed, and I’ve been giving your poorly self cuddles for the past twenty four hours.”

Harry looks up at him with wide eyes, chewing on his bottom lip.

“So,” Louis continues, “we don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to, but don’t worry about me, yeah? A couple of kisses isn’t going to make a difference now.”

“We both know it won't just be a couple of kisses.”

Harry’s busy schedule finally catches up to him and he finds himself sick. Luckily, Louis is there to take care of him in more ways than one.

I have an idea that I feel like you’d do such a great job with (and is sort of the inverse of your most recent fic)! One of the boys comes home from a leg of tour (in my mind, Harry is the one coming home from tour), excited to have some time with the other, since it’s been a bit since they’ve both been off at the same time. When they get home, they’re surprised to find the other sick in bed with the flu. The ill one didn’t say anything about it, not wanting to worry their partner, but they’re glad that their partner is home to care for them bc they’ve been miserable. Lots of fluffy caretaking ensues and they’re happy to be with each other, despite the circumstances

I have an idea for you! Maybe it’s H and L’s anniversary and they have a fun day planned to celebrate, but one of them wakes up really ill, forcing them to forgo their plans. The caretaker does everything they can to help their partner feel better while still making the day feel special, and the one who isn’t well feels bad for causing the original plans to fall through, despite many reassurances from the caregiver

What are your favorite tropes/topics to write about? I had a few ideas I feel like you’d knock out of the park after reading your last fic, but wondered what your favorite things to write are/what requests you’d be really excited about?

Anything super angsty and hurt/comfort are my favorites to write! Larry not knowing how to communicate is always fun to write as well, and of course sickfics.

Little sneak peek of my next fic

“Harry,” Louis starts, putting a hand on his shoulder, “slow down, baby. You’re ill remember?”

He doesn’t look over at Louis, but still rolls his eyes. “Lou, did you not hear what I just said? I’ve somewhere to be,” Harry’s voice holds only the slightest bit of annoyance.

“No you don’t, love. I texted Mitch last night after dinner. You’ve got nowhere to be but here, resting and,” Louis lifts his hand, brushing his fingers across Harry’s rosy cheek, “by the feel of it, your fever is back up.”

Harry stops his movements, looking over at Louis. There is a clear look of confusion in his eyes. “What’re you talking about?”

Louis sighs. He grasps both of Harry’s hands in his own, squeezing them gently. “You’re not well, sunshine. Got a wicked cold. D’you remember last night?” He speaks slowly in hopes that it will register in Harry’s fever addled brain.
