Since I'm now focusing on recovery, this account is no longer quite suiting, haha. I've made a new account: DollfaceKillahxo! 💕 I'll still post lots of trippy images, weed related posts, and other cool shit, I'm just not going to post any meth triggers for my own sake! So, I’m going to rehab on Saturday. I’m excited and nervous. My addiction has gotten dangerous and out of hand and I need help. Meth has slowly killed my soul, and I’m ready to go back to the REAL me. Any advice? Ahhhh, I’m scared.

Believe in yourself! I know it’s hard, it will get worse before it gets better but trust the feeling that you need to get better. Have faith in yourself, don’t beat yourself up either. Good job! I hope you stick with it. Just believe in yourself, stay calm and strong, and stay occupied. Also, cut off any strings that could possibly lead you back to how you were doing. Rehab is the first of many steps of fighting addiction and temptation in your life. It’s something you’re going to have to deal with for the rest of your life but stay strong and don’t give in. I wish you the best of luck with sobriety. My blessings and love go out to you.. I’m praying for you. Good luck!

Rehab

I got out of rehab not to long ago. Take it seriously, work the steps inside and when you get out move into sober living and immediately start working on the steps and find you a sponsor when you get out. You don’t ever have to use again if you work the steps. But you have to work it like you chased your dope. I fucked it up,i didn’t start working on my steps when I got out and moved into sober living. I’m shooting dope with my roommate in a sober community. It’s not as fun.

I keep hearing that sober living is the best option so I'm very strongly considering it! I'm sorry to hear about your relapse, but sometimes it just takes several tries! Nobody is perfect, but you're making the attempt which is the most important thing. If you need someone to talk to I'm always here. We're going through the same thing, so we can vent to each other. :)

I went to rehab for meth in December. It was awesome and I gained a lot of good friends. I went back home middle of February. Within a week I got an 8ball. This disease is cunning, baffling, and powerful. Stay connected with others in recovery and DEFINITELY go into sober living to be held accountable. Stay in sober living for at least 6 months if u can and work the steps

Thank you for the advice! I'm definitely considering sober living, I just hope it's not TOO strict. I definitely need to be held accountable though. I have too easy of access to meth which makes it very difficult to abstain.

Congratulations on taking the first step towards your recovery! For what its worth, I am so proud of you! The best advice i can give you is to PLEASE follow up with outpatient treatment when you get out. That's whats going to help your sobriety to stick, & drug counseling/therapy will continue to build on what rehab started. Of course its going to be hard sometimes, you may stumble, but dont give up. Just keep trying. Rehab is the easy part, the real work will start wen you come home, good luck!

hey i saw your post about going away to rehab & i've been twice so thought i'd send in some positive vibes ❤️ i don't know if this is welcome, but i just wanna encourage you to be really open & willing to do what you need to do. being stubborn was definitely the easy thing to do, but it ultimately made things a lot more painful. anyways, yeah. wishing you the best!
