I went back to see Stars on Ice 2019 with my bestie on Saturday night! The crowd wasn’t quite the same as last year, though my friend aptly pointed out that it’s probably because cuz that was an Olympic year, but we had a great time overall! We definitely weren’t expecting the overall 90′s theme that seemed strong throughout the night, but it was fun! Our seats were much closer this time, like right behind I guess what’s the equivalent of rinkside seats in terms of our row, so plenty of leg room for us. I’m honestly still not over from being less than 2 feet away from the Shib Sibs though lolol.
My favorite numbers were definitely both the Shib Sibs programs (Coldplay’s “Every Tear is a Waterfall” and a Daft Punk Melody) while my friend really enjoyed Bradie Tennell’s Prokofiev program, where we both agreed that her artistry definitely seems to have improved after seeing her live skate. I’ll probably drag my friend back again next year, since we had such a good time this year roflll.
