70 cals a recipe, makes 2 large(35cals each) or 4 small (18cals each)
Base Recipe // 1. Wraps
1/4 cup egg whites - 32cal
1/4 almond milk - 10cal
1 tbsp flour - 28cal
cook for 4-6 minutes until desired texture use like a tortilla or regular wrap!

2. Crêpes
add the flowing to the base recipe
+ 1 1/2 tsp vanilla - 18cal
+ 1 tsp sweetener of choice
(tip flavor milk with chocolate or matcha to add more flavor)
Cook no more than 5 minutes! fill with sweet or savory fillings, or eat it on its on

crêpe recipe + 7-9minutes, cook till firm them break apart!
great with tea or any hot beverage, also good on ice-cream
Tip for all recipes:
pour batter into warm pan above burner, then rotate to spread thinly across the entire pan
