hey so if youve noticed, ive been posting a lot more than usual on this account and i probably mentioned this but thats been me queuing my drafts from like summer/fall because im trying to empty this account but after my drafts are emptied im officially leaving this account and ill probably be a lot less active on tumblr. you can still find me on my other account @time-never-waits-for-me but i still wont be very active there either.

It's me again. remeber the Ask i sent about the person who makes me not want to post and stuff? Well recently I realized they had been ripping off people in this fandom, like they did a month thing, and anyone can do months but it was a lot like Luty Month that another user did. And there were 2 fanfictions that were very similar to other fics people wrote WAY before this person did. Honestly getting inspired is one thing but I feel like they see other people getting hits on fanfiction so she wants to copy. I hope this issue would be resolved soon because it is just going to ruin the nice fandom we have going right now.

hi, we do remember that ask! first I'd like to say that I'm sorry that a user here is making you feel this way and is seemingly taking the fun out of having a tumblr account for you. I don't think any one person should be able to dictate your experience here so again I'm sorry that this person's actions have been bothering you for so long. second, from what you're telling us this person seems to be acting out of jealousy towards other people by copying their ideas. some people see things that other people have gained attention from and decide that they just want to try and be better rather than root them on like everyone else does. I hope they realize one day what they're doing and change for the better. I hope they also realize that their actions have clearly hurt other people and show some sort of remorse. much love to you! <3

yeah im really sorry that this is happening, everyone in the fandom should just feel comfortable and it sucks that isnt happening. as for the copying i hope this person realizes that having original ideas are really what people want and not knockoffs of other things people work hard on. hang in there anon <3

i definitely agree with everyone else and with you anon, I love this little community that’s been built up and it is frustrating to see things like this. honestly i don’t think there’s an easy solution to this or anything because I don’t think anyone wants to start anything but we’re a small little fandom who creates original work because we love to do it and not for attention and I hope this person realizes this because there is nothing to be gained from ripping others off.

looking through my kdramas tag and i cant believe healer is a kdrama that exists like park minyoung looking unrecognizable. both her and ji chang wook playing BY FAR the best characters they have ever played. the only kdrama couple i can think of that has BOTH genuine romantic & sexual chemistry. a couple that doesnt have petty drama once they start dating despite the physical danger and instead they communicate through their issues. an adoption plot between the main female lead and her adoptive father that handles the situation of her reconnecting with her birth relatives with so much care. genuinely just. lots of female characters with all different looks and personalities all throughout the show being allowed to be complex and dynamic and strong without fake badass wokeness. a plot thread about rebellion and dishonest journalism in the 80s & 90s and how it relates to modern times. but the show is pitched more as "hot dude breaks the law for money" and thats not entirely wrong either. and its from 20 fucking 14.

i had the idea to dedicate this special month to the queer couples we love from our favourite shows. a while back i asked my friends (couldn't have done it without their help as we all know i haven't watched 2/3rds of these shows lol) and thanks to their help and support, the dcla pride month 2023 is now officially happening!
