This is Ulat Bulu. A small yet loud fella.

Very evil.

But he is sweet, cuddly, and quite vocal.

He also likes to get close to sniff you as a way to "kiss".

I’m pretty confident that it’s either Dr. Vincent or Ash’s father. Vincent has done SO many legally and morally wrong things that he would get the death sentence without a doubt (and rightly so, actually), and Ash’s father would be in a similar boat (not as bad but close).

I mean… it could be Elias?

He is vague about his intentions, tortures himself and everybody around him, and will do anything in his power to lose control and destroy everything. For no reason? Maybe. Besides that, he doesn't show an ounce of guilt for everything he has done.

I personally hate him so I guess everybody else would too if he appeared on the screen being his usual self.
