My Tablet pen wont release,it act like im clicking

Well now... my tablet pen stop working normal now

My tablet pen has been working fine, and today i plugged it in, and my tablet pen doesn't work. like, ill hover it over the tablet you know, to move it across the screen and it starts clicking everything, and highlights things, like im clicking and holding. and then when i try to click, nothing happens? anyone know what wrong? my mouse works fine, its just the pen. i've tried unplugging, and restarting the computer, it doesn't work. btw, im using a Huion tablet, if anyone could help, that would be great. I feel like it something in side that is like that? the tip is like already being press in like the pressure is on and stuck there If anyone can help and know what to do, plz help
