Summary:

Moiraine is  plagued by the bleak futures she had witnessed in Ruidian, and her frustration for not using the Sakarnen properly  leads her to trade sleep and food for more training under the harsh desert sun. Her unconscious need for more time caused her to slip into the dream world unprepared. Unaware that her mind has ventured where no help could reach her, she keeps on working with the Sakarnen, only here she was more vulnerable, and the power trickier. The ancient Sa'angreal overpowers her.
