q.   hello  steve!   thank  you  for  sitting  down  with  us  today,  we  have  a  few  questions  for  you.  is  that  alright? we  promise  it  won’t  take  up  too  much  of  your  time.   a.   ‘  sure,  i  don’t  see  why  not...  i’m  not  in  trouble,  am  i?  ’

 q.   no,  no.  you’re  not  in  any  trouble.  we’re  just  here  to  discuss  your  experiences  at  the  school  so  far.  it’s  mandatory  with  all  our  students  here  at  elias.  unless  you’ve  got  something  to  confess?  a.    ‘   i’ve  got  a  clean  conscience  as  much  as  the  next  person.  it’s  just  that,  uh,  the  last  time  i  was  called  in  here  wasn’t  exactly  on  the  best  of  terms.  they  still  have  no  proof  i  did  any  of  that.   it’s  not  my  fault  the  kid  got  stuck  up  there,  i  just  happened  to  be  in  the  wrong  place  at  the  wrong  time.  ’

  q.   right.  well...  moving  on,  how  are  you  enjoying  your  stay  here  so  far?  make  any  friends?  a.   ‘   you’re  beginning  to  sound  like  my  mother.   it’s  good.  i  can’t  say  it’s  a  total  change  from  my  last  school,  but...   i’m  not  fond  of  the  company  around  here.  save  for  one  or  two,  of  course.   there’s  just  some  people  he  shouldn’t  be  allowed  on  campus,  if  you  ask  me.   sure,   i’ve  made  friends.   ’

  q.   and  how  are  the  classes?  everything  going  well?  tell  us  everything.   a.   ‘   everything?  where’s  the  fun  in  that?   i’m  kidding,  i’m  kidding.   classes  are  going  well.  i  pride  myself  on  being a  good  student.  admittedly,  i’m  not  the  best,  but...  i  do  what  i  can.   sometimes  you  can’t  help  but  get  distracted  by  certain  things.    ’

 q.   understandable,  you  are  still  a  teenager  after  all.   but  speaking  of  your  mother...  you  must  be  making  your  parents  so  proud  being  here.  are  you?   a.   ‘   you’d  have  to  ask  them.   my  parents  keep  in  contact  whenever  they  can  and  it’s...  tough  being  away  from  home.  i  know  they  were  sceptical  to  let  me  attend  elias  at  first.  my  father  in  particular,  too.  but  i’d  like  to  think  i’m  making  them  proud.    ’

 jonathan  byers.    roommate.   son  of  gurri.   our  sources  confirm  that  while  the  two  have  been  rooming  together  ever  since  steve’s  arrival  at  elias,   they  don’t  particularly  see  eye  to  eye.  don’t  expect  to  see  them  on  the  same  page  any  time  soon.   in  fact,  it’d  be  safer  to  watch  out  for  the  opposite.

 nancy  wheeler  darling.   acquaintance.   daughter  of  wendy  darling.   the  pair  have  been  seen  together  on  numerous  occasions  inside  of  school  grounds  according  to  eye  witnesses  and   it  looks  like  nancy  darling  might  just  have  the  attention  of  steve  harrington  that  most  other  girls  would  kill  for...   if  rumors  are  anything  to  go  by.

benjamin deucalion.   best  friend.   son  of  belle  and  adam.    if  there’s  anyone  that’s  likely  to  be  found  at  steve’s  side,   it’s  ben.   the  two  are  as  thick  as  thieves  and  it  doesn’t  take  a  genius  to  see  why.  ben  has  been  known  to  keep  steve  grounded  in  the  past  and  continues  to  bring  out  the  better  in  him.
