There are ALWAYS going to be people who see vore as a sex thing because, again, it is not a sfw fetish because it is precisely that; a FETISH.

Like straight up I'm going to start just reporting any account I see that's ran by a minor because it's just genuinely fucking dangerous for them to be interacting with a fetish community like this.
