Iām making this post to showcase all of the art commissions I have bought to support my friend @hashembadr. Hashem is #102 on @gazavetters' spreadsheet. You can read his story here. After 2 years managing funds for and fighting to support his family members who could not afford to leave Gaza, he decided to return to his original goal of raising funds to leave Gaza to join his wife and children in Morocco.
Unfortunately, due to the attack on Iran, the crossings have closed and Hashemās current goal is to survive until they open them again.
Hashem and some of his family are currently renting an unfinished apartment for $300 a month. There are twelve of them sharing 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. No windows, no doors, but it's much better than the tents, which they lost in the storms. Money will allow them to afford rent to stay in this shelter and to buy food at the market, which spares Hashem the terrifying risk of visiting one of the deadly aid points. He was already shot at and had his phone destroyed in a previous attack.

I recently went through CPR training once more and the thing they always try to remind us is that the CPR alone cannot save the life of that person; they still need to go to the hospital. All it does is keep the blood pumping.
And I think about that concept in a wider scope a lot, like how I alone cannot save all the people of Gaza. But one way I can - and you can - keep helping ("keep the blood pumping") and maybe save one person's life is by continuing to share their stories + continuing to donate to their fundraisers on a regular basis (when it is possible, financially).

Just wanted to randomly draw these four like they were posing for a magazine shoot. My fashion tastes aren't perfect but at least it was fun to draw. Carlos is the hardest to draw lol. Like I gave up after I ended up with that hair in his 2026 version. I also gave up on his outfit lol. 2026 Claire, Jill, Carlos is obviously more difficult compared to Leon because we don't see them in Requiem. At least I was able to draw older Jill a few times before. I wish Capcom would show 2026 version of those three.
I'm currently replaying RE2r again (6th playthrough) and I finished RE3r for the 2nd time before that, so that might've inspired me for this.
I have a comic coming up so hopefully I can start on that next week after my last commission stuff.

When Amal surprised me by telling me she named her newborn after me, I felt like part of my heart had gone to Gaza and remained there ever since.
This part of my heart is now breaking. Amal, who's been on a poor diet because she can't afford better food, is unable to breastfeed baby Mina any longer, and is unable to afford enough formula to compensate, and now both mother and baby are weak and malnourished.
Amal is suffocating from the stress of having to provide for her daughters. Her husband Motasem is doing everything he can (recently, he was almost caught in a bombing while trying to get food) but they're both overwhelmed. I wish there was anything I can do for them.
I'm begging you to donate if you can and share if you can't. I want, more than anything in this world, for these kids to grow up healthy and for their parents to be able to rest.
i think theres this idea in the general public that the "best" fanfic gets turned into real books like 50 shades of grey. but the truth is that the best fanfic can never be published as an actual book because its intricately woven into the canon material so its inseparable even if you change the names
