Things that help me get through the day
Just so you know this is not ed related. If this helped one person then my job here is done.
Personally it's hard to study, maintain hygiene , go to school or do any hobby so I try to help myself to get the most of my tasks done. Here are some of the stuff I do
I use rewards for each task I do
For example. I like to drink coffee and watch dance covers so if I finished x parts in the choreo I'm learning then I can watch a dance cover and have a cup of coffee
I have me time
Yes. You have to have you time . Meditate, read a book (if this makes you happy) . Watch something that makes you happy (for me it's anime)
Take breaks
Don't do all your tasks one at a time. Divide them throughout the day and if possible have a day a week that you don't do anything at all.
Positive self talk
For me personally I have a pretty toxic mentality but I'd do anything to get my work done. Here are some of the things I tell myself as motivation
I don't stop when I'm tired I'll stop when I'm finished
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
You're a strong bitch you can do it
Everything is possible as long as you keel trying
Some pain is nothing compared to the success you'll achieve at the end
Lastly
The stuff I tell myself might be I spired by youtubers I watched or tv shows or anime. But I don't really remember where I heard these and I can't differentiate between the ones I created and heard cause I have bad memory
