has anyone else noticed boone sounds a bit like goldie/the good from the good the bad and the ugly ?

i’ve always loved thinking about boones character in the larger cultural context. he’s a military veteran with ptsd and depression after a civilian mass casualty in a game from 2010. like.

if there was a conscious effort to imitate the eastwood cadence, i think it would add to this sort of troubled lone wolf/badass white guy archetype that was probably appealing for the large white guy audience that fnv had/has, especially for young men in/coming out of bush-era military operations.

id think this was a large part in the creation of a character like boone.
