I would like to motion that the Danny Phantom Phandom adopts more background characters. I have two in mind already.

This screenshot is from Season 3, Episode 5: "Forever Phantom"

Some people think Sam doesn't have naturally black hair, considering Sam's parents have blonde or red hair, right? So, since she has such a striking resemblance to Sam with the hair style. Why don't I just suggest that this girl is a Manson, from Sam's paternal side of the family. Since Sam is an only child, as she claimed in Season 2 Episode 11: "Secret Weapons", and there is no information on whether or not Jerry Manson has any siblings, she's Sam's cousin. She thinks Sam is cool and wants to be like her, so she begged her parents to let her get her hair cut like hers. Her parents agreed on two conditions:

that she doesn't wear it exactly like Sam's with the part of it being an up-do

and that she can't dye her hair black.

She agreed.

I suggest that this one is just Dash Baxter's little brother. We have no evidence that I know of if he has siblings or not, but I think it would be kind of sweet if Dash had a younger brother.

While rewatching Season 3, Episode 6; Urban Jungle I noticed a small detail;

Sam says "...They need me, I am their new mother."

Danny responds with, "What!? You won't even babysit your cousins!"

Sam Manson has cousins!
