Wednesday 18th June 1997

Dear diary,

It has been a year since I lost him. He was my everything. My soulmate, my best friend, the person who took care of me. He was the most amazing person I have ever met. Every day I still wonder why he would love me. He was perfect, with his valour, composure, and that darn grin. I would do anything to see that grin again. He was beautiful. His long raven hair, every strand placed perfectly. His striking gaze burned into my soul. He was the one person I would never let myself loose, and I did. I have failed myself. I wish we got the ending we were promised. I wish we got to grow old together. I can’t love anyone more than him. He was the light of my life. He was an arse but that’s why I loved him. He was everything I could be. When he asked me how I was doing he actually cared. I wish I could repay him for everything he did. He deserved so much better. I miss him so much. I love Sirius Black, and I will never stop loving him.
