“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it
yes, i know it’s strange to hear from someone who previously published methods. ah, but what's the difference? it was a long time ago and not true. now i make myself comfortable on the bed and let my thoughts flow. if i want, then i fantasize about all sorts of things, if i want, then I think about the desired reality. and only sometimes i affirm that i have mastered void, shifting, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. i think a little about my happy life, only because i accidentally remembered it. i don't force myself to do anything i don't want to do

MENTAL DIET
it’s better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts don’t arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones

LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment
“i hope i enter the void before friday” >>> “wait a minute. so i already enter the void every night. i just need to close my eyes for two seconds and i immediately induce pure consciousness”

if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, don’t hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake

stop treating shifting like a skill you’re still learning. that beginner mindset served you earlier in your journey. it’s outdated now. every time you approach it like “let me see if I’m doing this right,” you shrink your own authority. anything you do is the right thing to do. you just have to own that choice.

imagine blinking and seeing your DR ceiling, sheets, window. don’t over visualize, don’t try to actually see it. just imagine that and feel the emotion of being in it. of waking in it.
imagine cuddling with your s/o. feel the safeness, the tenderness, the intimacy. let that feeling fill you before setting your intention.
imagine looking at yourself in the mirror. some of us script changes, some of us don’t but regardless—imagine how it will feel to see yourself not here but in your dr?
write a diary entry from the pov of your shifted self right before laying down. ex: “i love it here. everything feels so natural. i’m so proud of myself for getting here.” feel the contentment of already having shifted.
daydream while listening to a dr song. feel the warmth, the alignment, the security. fall asleep knowing it’s yours.
again, these are just examples. you can do whatever you want but i highly recommend associating your intention with an emotion and just letting shifting be simple. no counting. no work. no “have to’s” or “need to’s”. just feel and go.
okay, fine, there is a method, but it's going to disappoint everyone who thinks shifting requires some elaborate forest ritual and affirmations repeated exactly 111 times while facing magnetic north. here's my earth – shattering, revolutionary process ( /s ) :
first, i sometimes visualize — and i mean sometimes, because half the time i can't be bothered and it works anyway. i used to use alunir's adhd method as a guide for this, and while i don't follow it religiously anymore, it might be fun or helpful for those of you who need somewhere to start! when i do visualize, it's not some cinematic masterpiece playing in my head with perfect lighting and orchestral scoring. i'm not painting the sistine chapel of shifting scenarios. it's just enough sensory detail to make my desired reality feel more solid and immediate than whatever surface i'm lying on. the scent of coffee that isn't the tesco espresso capsules sitting in my kitchen. the weight and texture of clothes that fit my body differently. voices i want to hear calling my name. get a little delusional with it if you have to. imagine whatever you want. whatever works for you.
second, i assume i'm already there — not hope with desperate fingers crossed, not try with gritted teeth and white knuckles, not attempt to convince myself through sheer force of will. i assume it the way i assume the sun will rise tomorrow, with a bone – deep certainty that doesn't require proof, validation, or a peer review study. it's not a belief i have to maintain or a thought i have to think really hard — it's just a fact that exists in my reality now. don’t give yourself a headache.
third, i'm there, because i was never actually anywhere else to begin with.
that's it. that's the whole method. three steps that aren't really steps because they all happen simultaneously in the space between one breath and the next, like recognizing something that was always true. the visualization is purely optional — it's just training wheels for your assumption, something to help your mind grab onto the reality you know is yours. think of it like the ramp that helps you get onto the motorway, useful but not the destination itself. but the assumption? that's where the real work happens. that's where you stop negotiating with doubt. this is the part that breaks people's brains and sends them spiralling off into reddit comment sections: you don't shift to your desired reality. you realize you're already there and stop pretending you're somewhere else. you stop performing the exhausting theatre of being stuck. every time you worry about whether you've shifted yet, every time you check for symptoms like you're diagnosing yourself with a condition, every time you analyze your awareness like you're conducting a scientific experiment on your own consciousness, you're reinforcing the assumption that you're still stuck here, still separate from where you want to be.

christmas is hard. and it's not even the buying gifts part or decorating the house with tinsel and popcorn on string or the cooking all day until the ham's just right and the turkey's juicy. no. it's the lonely part. the sitting in the single chair in the corner as couples take turns to peck each other on the lips under the mistletoe i pricked my thumb on nearly fifty times to set right. the egg nog doesn't do it's job either other than to give me a ridiculous mustache upon my upper lip.
you may wonder why i'm so bitter. the kill joy of the happiest, gayest, wonderful..est- time of the year. well- i'm unsure either. i just remember that at the ripe age of 14, when i didn't receive a certain gift under the tree the year after my grandfather's passing was when i stopped believing. christmas carols are empty. the movies are no fun. i just grab a plate of my hardwork and eat til my stomach fills the void of an empty heart.

xavier has had his fair share of love interests, ranging from pathetic to serious, men to women. if you looked back into his journal, you could find the god forbidden pages of his 16 year old self ranting about them. humiliating, really. it always will be.

and now? javier. javier escuella, the man xavier’s been eyeing for years, yet pushed to the back of his cluttered mind. perhaps it was the accent. maybe the way spanish rolled off his tongue like honey, the way he harshly whispered his name and tugged his arm whenever he did something stupid during a mission. or maybe he was just hot. either way, that’s his current love interest right now. of course, i didn’t list all of them, just a few, as im not going to bombard you guys. plus it’s humiliating to think i was kicking my feet like a loser for these people.
