stop calling what is happening between israel and palestine a “conflict.” a conflict infers both sides have an equal power. what is happening in palestine shows none of that. this isn’t a conflict, it’s ethnic cleansing, oppression, and apartheid.

it’s the way the last few days of ramadan are usually treated with so much reverence bc the month is coming to an end and even though there’s a sadness to that it’s a cause for celebration bc you made it the whole way through but instead the entire muslim world is spending this time watching in horror as their people in palestine are cornered into giving up everything they have left and violently attacked in THE place of worship whether they show resistance or not. like it’s actually taking a toll on me i just feel so sick and upset
