A brand new starter call cause I miss Vi and actually have muse
tenebrismusa:
oh she had no idea just how truly complicated things where here, beyond the aspect of alternate realities henry wasn’t truly henry anymore. was he? he certainly didn’t feel as such which was just another reason for the out of place and strange behaviour. being human almost seemed like an aspect he forgot. like he didn’t know how to act anymore. “ witches? “ he inquired his head slowly shaking. “ i don’t think so…” he offered. might as well play the fool, a man out of reality, a man lost. why give her too much and it would ruin all the fun. “ if i did… how would i know? “ he inquired. henry had been a business man, looking to get a family. it wasn’t as if witches were in his usual day to day activities. but he’d play along, he already had her interest why not just hang onto it?
“witches are all around you, kid. it could’ve been an ex you pissed off or a jealous coworker. you’d never really know they were capable of turning your brain into mush until after it already happened.” the truth, for sure. he probably had no idea about the supernatural world. not until now. her eyes roamed over him curiously, nose twitching. she could still hear his blood thrumming through his veins, but she knew there was something wrong with it. not natural. not normal. her eyes then shifted to the skies. if the boy before her wasn’t of this world, then this reality would be spinning on its head, trying to find a way to right the wrong. the natural balance of the world put off. “so this home isn’t yours... has anything strange happened outside of, the obvious, since you’ve been here? magic is a terrible thing. when something unnatural happens, the world does what it can to try to right the natural balance. vampires were created, so magic righted the balance by making us unable to walk in the sun. werewolves were a thing, and magic righted the balance by making them only have their powers on the full moon... balance is needed at all times. it would explain any... odd things that you’ve discovered. maybe even about yourself.”
tenebrismusa:
he hadn’t quite expected that but he supposed in a sense he was curious and all ears at this point. she was a vampire? was that what she was truly telling him in that moment. could he be all that surprised though? his mind was a complicated place but the things he felt he knew or understood were no less mythical as her own story. his head tilted towards the side and he carefully let his gaze fall upon the ring she described a daylight ring. “ you want to eat people in this town?” he asked unable to help himself as he looked upon her features. “i’m….not from around here. “ he offered really not sure how to explain it. “this isn’t my version of reality…” he offered up.
another universe? given that Vi had been a witch, and was a vampire who had been alive long enough to witness many world changing events, she could understand that with more ease than anyone could ever comprehend. the internal works of the mind that once belonged to a witch began to spin, going through the different scenarios that would bring one section of one reality into another, if it could be accidental, or if it was... purposefully done. “not your reality..” she trailed off, staring up at him with her lips slightly parted. “if this isn’t your reality... than that explains the draw you have. it also explains why you look out of place. the strangeness... what happened?” the question is innocent, as the usual bitch shifted in curiosity. “it’s magic related, somehow or another. a few years back the living world and the world of this realities dead were brought together for a brief amount of time.. it wouldn’t be unheard of for a witch - or coven of witches - to have transferred select persons from one reality to another... you ever piss off some?”
tenebrismusa:
she was not all she seemed. she was more complex then the simple appearance of a young girl, he could tell, he could feel it. but what was most curious was why she came here if she was more then she appeared, not just to chase ghost stories he imagined. perhaps seeking something more. fingers curling towards the palm of his hand he tilted his head. it was best to continue with the persona of nothing more then a man of this town with a complicated story. he had been that once, after all. maybe not anymore, but once. the memories were as clear as day. it was the one thing he was sure of. “ more complicated. “ he offered up. not a lie. the best lies were laced with truths. “ you first… “ he offered his voice still soft quiet, not threatening which seemed like the best approach here.
“well,” she began, quiet and smooth. “to begin with, I’m centuries old. I haven’t aged since 1965.” her eyes studied the taller man for a moment. if he turned out to be some boring human boy with no real interest, she’d just compel away the memories. “I was born a witch, apart of a very important French coven, the Berlioz coven. I was the daughter of the leader, which made me very very powerful and important. but my father had killed some vampires, and the rest of their family came to repay the debt. and thus, I was turned into the bloodsucking creature I am today - right in front of my own father. after I reached out to the rest of my family, they did a very simple favor of making me a daylight ring,” hand raised, she wiggled her fingers, showing off the red jewel that sat on her middle finger. “and then told me to leave. so I’ve been travelling since.” She turned her head, scanning the area. “that’s what lead me here. I could feed as much as I want. no one would find it suspicious that there were people dropping off the face of the earth.” straightening herself, she turned back to him, placing her hands on her hips. “your turn.”
tenebrismusa:
what was his story? what a complicated and loaded question. was he even really a person of this town or exactly what he was believed to be. perhaps he had been henry deaver once but not anymore, maybe he was exactly what those believed who locked him away. maybe he was the devil, but could the devil be in so many places playing the same story again, and again. in the world he remembered, with his father, a little boy also saying to be henry existed. was the devil in both worlds just a boy named henry? “ they draw a lot of attention. “ he admitted his voice slow and quiet as he studied her. “ my story…..” he trailed off looking towards the woods. did he even know? “ is complicated. “
interesting. and here she was going to use him as her little snack. of course, he should’ve been able to hold his own, being the height that he was. but she was a vampire; no human would hold their own. her eyes roamed him out of curiosity, searching for any sign of this complicated story that he said. all she could see was a boy who looked lost; that had been half the reason she had targeted him in the first place. he looked uncomfortable in his own skin, eyes darting, shoulders hunched. “please,” she cooed, voice soft, feigning innocence. “I’m sure your story is not nearly as complicated as mine. now do tell.” she encouraged, easing herself closer to him, arms crossing beneath her bust, she had to lift her head this time around, look up at him to study his features as he spoke. “you tell me yours, I’ll tell you mine.”
tenebrismusa:
“ you’re not from here.. “ it was blunt and to the point. the differences between his world and this one were subtle, changes to character, to back stories, different things like that but the people. the people still all remained more or less the same even if the similarity started and ended with their name. “ i don’t…. I don’t know you. “

travelling usually brought her to big cities, ones where people wouldn’t be surprised by the occasional missing person, but when she heard of Castle Rock, Viviene had been too entertained, curious about the murders and darkness that seemed to sit around the town. when she had saw him, a fairly handsome man who looked... naive enough to be her victim, she’d planned on seducing her way into getting him alone where she could sink her fangs into his veins. but now? now he seemed to interesting. the witch in her was singing, telling her that he was not what he seemed. “I’m a travelling creature- just got to town after hearing about all the murders lately... the names Viviene, or vivi for short. and you... you seem to be something else.what exactly is your story, hm?”
for @guiltedripper
she’d been alive for centuries. nowhere near the amount of time he had been alive, of course, but all the same, her time on this earth had been long and painful. in all the years that she’d been alive, she had never heard of a vampire who didn’t feed off of human blood. one who was... vegetarian so to speak. every vampire she came across more like the kind that his brother was ; violent, blood thirsty, willing to manipulate the frail human mind to satisfy their own needs. hell, even she, who loathed vampires with a burning passion, who understood what it was like to be mostly human, stuck in the same prey position, did the same dance to the same song.
Stefan did not.

Oh, he listens. “I guess, I just happen to bring all them psychos to my yard, eh?” He teased her back. Having a bit of deathwish, for thinking he could mess with the likes of her. His gun is eventually put away and he held up his hands. “Go easy on me, Sweetheart. I am just human.”
His stare is slowly turning to an unimpressed one. “Oh my god, THAT is the bad part.” On most says he feels like a sheep leader person. Fucking supernatural peoples fucking with his human sheep folk. He continued to frown at her.
“PFFFTT, I don’t need to kill you. Just leave and stop killing the people in town. They don’t know any better and want to live their idealistic lives.” He gives in and gives her a once over.
STILES GUIDE TO WHAT MAKES A BAD GUY!! 1) She’s beautiful when you get past the body horror. 2) He feels the fear to his very core. 3) SHE JUST ADMITTED TO MURDER. BOOK HER BOYS~!
“You’re a bad guy. CLEARLY.” He says with a smirk. “A wolf?” He squints.
scoffing, eyes rolled back into her head. clearly irritated with the idea that he could believe she was a wolf. “you’re quite dumb for someone who runs around searching for the supernatural, you know.” she simply roamed past him, dragging her red painted nails across the side of the rickety car that he was driving. didn’t seem to fit an FBI agents salary. something low profile, no doubt. a hand me down, maybe. something with sentimental value. if she wasn’t having so much fun toying with the wanna be hunter, she would’ve simply compelled him to get back into this nasty little thing, and drive into a tree.
“me? a bad guy? by the gods, no. I’m simply a victim.” which, in honesty, wasn’t far from the truth. she was a vampire because her coven had been victim of a brutal attack. revenge.
shrugging, she leaned up against the jeep and rolled her eyes back onto the boy who could surprisingly hide his terror. she could still smell it on him, no matter how tough he acted.
raising one of her hands, she began to carefully inspect the recent manicure she’d received. “answer me this, officer. what has fangs, red eyes, and feeds on human blood? what can be alive for centuries at a time, and never age? what has a weakness to the suns rays, and can only walk in it with the aid of a witches ring?” opposite hand raised, tapping the red jewel on the ring she wore.
“But why would they abduct cows?”
eyes rolling, lips curling into a little smile, the intoxicated creature let out a giggle, throwing her hands up into the air. “they’re aliens Travis. how am I supposed to know why they want cows?”
