Never Sleep Again

I dreamt I built a teleporter that finally took me to her, and then it broke but yet I managed to fix it and then it was like this and life was good. For some reason my previous family was there and they took time away from us, and then she was lost amidst the fray for some reason. One Snog and two long hugs were all I got. I don't think I awoke immediately but when I did it was that fake sleep you pretend to be in, when you're waking up yet to struggle to hold on to that dream so that you may fall back into its embrace. Then it slowly falls from your mind as you're realizing it's just a dream, that your problems still exist and the distance still exists. Never have I missed a dream so much.
