I love it when people use "shrimp" to mean "beyond the human range". like "shrimp colors" but applied to other things. "shrimp emotions" "shrimp sounds" "shrimp morality", as if shrimp are living some kind of transcendent existence that humans can never comprehend

Te esperé en aquel 4 de abril. Sabía lo importante que era esa fecha, y tenía algo preparado para ti. Me preguntaba una y otra vez "¿Existirá otra oportunidad?" "¿Podremos revivir el amor?"

Pero para desgracia mía, pasó el día y nunca apareciste.

Quizás no significaba nada para ti, quizás nunca fui lo suficiente importante para ti, o quizás ya dabas por terminado todo. Tantas suposiciones al final llevan a la misma cruda verdad: Nunca hubo un verdadero amor.

Con el dolor expandiéndose en mi ser y mis sentimientos apagándose, fue el momento en el que supe que debía renunciar a ti.
