I don’t talk much about gaining weight — as a hardgainer, it’s just a different game.
Last year, I consistently pushed my intake for months: ice cream as an extra, a drink on top — all in addition to already solid meal portions. While most people would easily gain several kilos doing that, my scale barely moved, maybe just a few grams.
As soon as I stop actively eating more, the weight drops again — even though my regular portions are still pretty big.
That’s why finally breaking the 200-pound mark feels that much better.
Next goal: 101 kg. (222 pounds)
That one’s going to take time, but that’s part of the challenge.
Let’s see if my new shirts and jacket will still fit by then.
Over the past few years, I’ve gone from size S to L.
