I would love to see Jason start going for more drama & thriller films because I think he has talent for those genres. ‘The Gift’ was my favourite even though his character was unsettling. He was incredible! This might sound mean but all he’s done lately (with the acception of a few dramas) is those R-rated, adult humor films. Do you know what I mean? I love him but I’d love to see him lean more towards drama/thriller/mystery films. I think he has potential!

SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY OMG,,, not totally good at this whole tumblr thing. but yeah honestly me too. i feel like he gets the chance to actually show how good of an actor he is in the dramas and he gets to experiment a bit more with the character he plays, whereas he often plays the same kind of character in the comedies,,, even though i’m a sucker for those r-rated films and for him in them. i would honestly love to see him in a lot more drama bc he has the potential (both acting and directing ofc). anddddd omg the gift was awesome. he was amazing in it. i totally agree.
