Reminders for myself at work
I get really anxious about how I do at work and I need to remind myself that I’m doing just fine, that I am doing my very best, and I’m still new at my job. I never did anything horrible, i never hurt anyone, I never said anything that is worth making me feel the amount shame and guilt that I feel. I’m doing okay. I can’t believe the lies that are in my brain. I can relax.
