Tiny bedside altar. I've made friends with this skull last month but I'm still not sure who they are.

I did applesauce as an egg substitute in a lemon cake and it turned out amazing!

I had a dream that I was wearing some cute, white, high waisted shorts and a thick ribbed, square neck, white undershirt. I also had the body I had ten years ago. I looked so good 😭

I think the dream was telling me that I can have that body by summer if I put the work in now.

I think I'll take that challenge. Maybe even come back and show you when I do.

Over the summer I got my aura read and it's almost all blue/indigo with a little streak of green. They said I need to learn to ground out my energy because I'm basically a vortex for cosmic energy and the energy around me.

Last week I got a singing bowl labeled for the root chakra to help me with a grounding practice. When I tested the tone, it turned out to be a B note. That's supposed to be connected to the Crown chakra.

Maybe that's a sign I should go with it and just transcend my flesh prison

Full moon in my sign. Ritual bath, ritual smoke cleanse and ritual release. Making steps in the physical to move into a more rewarding timeline. I'll meditate while I wait for brunch. And after work I share a beer and dark chocolate with the moon.

I used to think this weird siren I hear in the mornings on occasion was for a shift change. But I realized it doesn't go off when the river is low and on other times. I think it's a floodgate warning.
