What did you think of season 4? I thought it was pretty good, not perfect but good.

Was it my favourite season thus far? No. Was it a good season? Hell freaking yes. 

First off, the way they naturally time jumped a few months was nice, and it was revealed in a way that didn’t feel forced. I can complain for hours about how my bab-- I mean Keith should’ve been there a lot more, but at the same time I can understand why he wasn’t there. And I’m not talking about the fact that he’s not naturally there because he’s with BoM, but he’s been a quite large focus for three seasons, especially season 2, and his absence gave the other characters a chance to grow and develop. 

And then we have Matt. Freaking. Matthew. Holt. 

Honestly this boy. THIS BOI. Truth be told though, I am a tad bit disappointed that he fell for Allura as much as he did upon seeing her for the first time. I get that it’s going to develop into a funny little rivalry between him and Lance, but it actually felt kind of unnecessary, and while Allura’s character has grown a lot, especially in season 3, I’m kind of scared that she’s being reduced to just a beautiful love interest. Allura’s beauty is out of this world (pun intended), but... hm. 

I love Lotor’s generals. I really do especially Ezor I would kill a bitch for this girl I am gay. And while I already knew Narti was going to be killed off, it was still sad and I had hoped for something else or for something more to happen with that. Although that in itself led into something more interesting, namely the Betrayal™. I’m really interested to see how this is going to escalate into something more in future seasons, especially now that Lotor wants to (presumably) work with the Paladins in order to throw down Zarkon’s empire. Ever since the girls’ first appearance, I’ve been longing for the day when they and the Paladins would work together and get to know each other as something other than just enemies. I’ve never been sure that’s ever going to happen, but the little hope I had about that is being torn to pieces, since they betrayed Lotor, who is now trying to gain the Paladins’ trust. But it’s never too late. Still kinda hoping they’ll get to meet the Paladins in a peaceful setting. I HAVE A MIGHTY NEED FOR THIS TO HAPPEN OK. 

The animation in this season blew me away. Truly. And the music, the build up to things, the VOICE ACTING, the dialogue, just everything was incredible. That one filler episode where they spend 20 minutes doing shows and watching Coran get crazier and crazier (read: get higher and higher) was not the best episode to say the least, but still kind of a nice break from everything. 

Also I want to adopt Kaltenecker and domestic farmer!Lance is fucking hot. That is all. I have lots more thoughts about this season, especially the characters, but it’s currently... kinda late and I have a fever that’s preventing me from even articulating things in an understandable way, but all in all this season was the bomb, but not the best!

Headcanons for the Paladins' (the ones you feel comfortable with writing this for)? Kissing/making out style?

Shiro- Will always without fail put his hand under your chin gently while giving you a peck on your lips. - Also enjoys giving you forehead kisses. Those are his favourite except lip locks. - If his intentions are innocent, so is his kiss. Soft, loving and gentle. - If his intentions are slightly more on the NSFW side on the spectrum, there’s a chance he’ll cup your cheeks with his hands, and his kiss is stronger, and there is a fire in it. - Moving onto make out sessions, he knows exactly what to do with his tongue and where to place his hands depending on what you like. - Enjoys going from your mouth to kissing your jaw all the way down to your throat until kissing his way back up to you mouth, where he slips his tongue back into your mouth like the smooth little thing that he is. 

Keith- Gentle? What’s that? His kisses always have that special sort of power in them, and he’s likely to keep his hands either on your shoulders or on your waist. - All joking aside, when this boy kisses you in a soft way, he puts a sort of vulnerability into the kiss, the same vulnerability he’s reluctant to show in front of other people. He will only kiss you in this special, soft way if he’s 120% sure he can trust you wholeheartedly. - He likes resting his forehead against your forehead after kissing you. - If his intentions are on the dirty side, he likes picking you up and placing you on a bench or even have your legs around his waist while he’s holding you up against a wall. If you’re taller and larger than him, he likes being the one held up against a wall. - His make out style is kinda sloppy, but not too sloppy. If you’re standing up, he likes having his arms around your shoulders. If you’re lying down on the bed or a couch or the like, he wants to be on top of you and pin you down. Boy has a mighty need. 

Lance- Is always giddy about getting to kiss you, so he makes sure to make every kiss count. He likes to verbally express how much he adores and loves you, but he loves being able to express the same thing in his kisses. - There’s no telling where his hands will be, tbh. Sometimes he’ll be cupping your cheeks, the next second they’ll be trailing down your arms. - He loves kissing the tip of your nose either after or before giving you a kiss on the lips. - If his intentions are dirty, he’s likely to either put his arms around your shoulders or put his hands on your waist while pulling you in a for a kiss that pretty much immediately admits what he wants. - Loves it when you push him up against a wall and surprises him with a kiss. - His make out style is loving, playful and, like Keith, kinda sloppy but actually not too sloppy. He’s a quick learner, and after just a little while catches on with what to do with his tongue when he’s with you, and where to put his hands. 

Hunk- Master of soft kisses. Somehow he’s able to make kisses feel like a soft cotton candy cloud. - He enjoys all kinds of kisses, but the soft ones are his favourite. It reflects how much he cares about you. - He will often have one hand resting by the base of your neck, the other one either resting on your arm or simply hanging by his side. He’s a bit scared he’ll come off as too forward if it’s early on in your relationship and he has both hands on your body. - Likes kissing your forehead and cheeks a whole lot. - If his intentions are dirty, he’ll place both hands on your waist while pulling you in for a kiss with a lot of power in it. - His make out style is surprisingly secure and non sloppy (ok, so, the first couple of times were sloppy because the poor boy was nervous beyond words, but he quickly got more and more sure of himself). Pidge- Their kisses are often short but powerful, as they’re often busy or thinking a lot. They make sure to let you know that you’re appreciated and wanted, tho. - Pidge’s hands will either be on your shoulders… or on their computer. They really like having their hands in your hair, but often the kisses are too short for them to have time to get em up there. - They like kissing your cheek a lot, and they’ll often hold your hand while doing so. It’s something that is relatively romantic that they can actually genuinely enjoy. - (Aged up) If their intentions are dirty, they will lean into the kiss a lot, and let their hands trail up and down your body, often subconsciously tugging on your shirt. - Their make out style is unpredictable. Sometimes they’ll be sloppy and their tongue will be freaking everywhere, other times they’ll be more focused and, well, not sloppy. During these occasions, they’re likely to cover your entire face in kisses. - If they’re smaller than you are, they enjoy lying on top of you. Wow

Okay, so I known it’s been pretty much radio silence on this blog for... quite some time! Stuff happened in my life, school got nuts and I just kind of lost the happiness that I once felt when writing. 

HOWEVER I am back! And despite my hiatus we’ve grown to 183 followers? What the heckie?! I’m gonna keep the requests closed for a while because I have... quite a few asks in my inbox atm, but I’m gonna keep the ask box itself open in case you guys just wanna say hi and chat, or ask for advice, or maybe even send in your own headcanons for our wonderful space nerds.

Shiro: 

- Literally becomes the term Confuse™ for a second

- Quickly decides to patch his s/o up properly first, and ask questions later

- Is bursting with curiosity, but once they’re taken care of, he provides them with a glass of water and asks them one question at a time

- Is super worried about his s/o, especially now that he knows what can happen to them. But he sees how important this is to them, and decides to support them if they decide to continue saving the world behind a mask 

Keith: 

- Tbh he’s convinced he’s dreaming at first 

- Will most likely ask several questions at once while patching up his s/o 

- Is the one most likely to demand clear answers if his s/o is trying to avoid some questions 

- Is also very worried about his s/o, but like Shiro, lets them know that even if this is the case, he’ll support them through it all

- He’s a lil bit embarrassed over all the times he’s discussed said superhero with his s/o before this night 

Lance: 

- He’s on the brink of screaming before he’s 110% sure it’s actually his s/o 

- Is all over the place, asking both his s/o and himself almost incoherent questions while running to the bathroom to retrieve bandages and the like

- He’s most probably shaking, and his s/o has to help him with the disinfectant and the bandages 

- Although he’s super worried about his s/o, he honestly thinks it’s so freaking cool that they’re an actual superhero, and is almost even more enthusiastic about it than they are

- The next day he non-ironically buys a cap with the superhero’s name on it

Hunk: 

- He starts saying “oh my god” over and over until his s/o reminds him that they are in fact, in need of the first aid kit

- Instead of asking questions, Hunk makes random statements while patching his s/o up, some of them more relevant to what’s going on than others

- Once his s/o is all patched up, he asks them to explain everything and his jaw drops more and more the more his s/o explains their situation and how they came to be a superhero

- He wants them to take it easier, considering what happened to them tonight, but he realizes that there probably is not much he can do to change their mind about continuing being the superhero they already are, and he supports them

Pidge: 

- They let out the tiniest shriek you will ever hear, and asks “what the hell happened” a fair few times before realizing that they should probably do something about the blood dripping from their s/o’s body

- Their s/o literally has to ask them for a chance to explain everything, because Pidge is so caught up in both asking questions and making statements at the same time

- Considering the state they’re in, Pidge asks them to quit all together, even though they already know their s/o isn’t going to do so 

- Will support their s/o, but lets them know that they’re not a fan of them continuously putting themselves in danger willingly

Hello! I would like to have a matchup, please! I’m a demisexual girl and I would like to be matched up with a guy.

I’m a short and chubby French-Canadian with short brown hair and dark brown eyes. I have pale skin that blush super easily. I have a faint scar on my throat (I’ll tell more about that later). I wear glasses all the time, because I have myopia.

I’m polite, calm and very open-minded. I’m a good listener and advice-giver. I love to help people, but I’m a bit prideful and I refuse to ask for help even when I need it. I’m a bit of a “Stepford Smiler” I tend to hide my stress, anger, sadness, etc. under a smile. I’m a bit shy, so I don’t like to talk to someone first, but if they talk to me first, I’m immediately friendly. To be honest, I have no idea of what kind of first impression I have on people, and I don’t really care either. However, people often say that they feel more calm and peaceful when they are around me. I have a good sense of humor, but it can get surprisingly dark at times (I’m the kind who’s laughing when watching horror movies). I have a good memory and sense of details, put those together and it mean that I often remember small details that no one else remember/notice.

I’m a thyroid cancer survivor, and while I’m mostly fine now, I get tired pretty easily, and I would probably get tired easily for the rest of my life. The thing is, I hate getting tired so easily, so I tend to overwork myself. I need someone who will notice that and tell me to rest. The scar on my throat is from the thyroid-removal surgery, and for some reasons, it get itchy when I’m tired or stressed.

Cancer awareness is pretty important to me, and I try to help when I can. Another important thing to me is supporting the LGBTQA+ community, since I’m a part of it myself and I have many friends and family members that are a part of it too.

Now, for my hobbies and interests. I love to read and write. I like music and arts in general. I like watching movies, cartoons, animes and TV shows. I also like playing board and video games. I like everything that is in the horror, fantasy, sci-fi or super-hero genres but I like most other genres as well. I’m also a pretty big science nerd, especially when it come to nature (animals, plants, natural phenomenons, etc) and occult/paranormal. I also like to cook, and I’m pretty good at it too, thanks to my father (He’s a cook, and he taught me a lot about cooking).

I can be a pretty lazy person in my off-time, but when I work or have a task, I work hard. For hobbies I really enjoy cooking (especially baking), watching television, and playing video games. Welcome to your local source for Voltron matchups, headcanons and drabbles! (That is, amongst tons of other VLD matchup blogs...) As the previous sentence suggests, I will write matchups, headcanons and scenarios for the characters in Voltron: Legendary Defender.

If you would like a macthup, please include these things in your description of yourself:  - A few adjectives to describe yourself (feel free to elaborate on these, that only helps!) - How you think others perceive you, both when first meeting you and after having gotten to know you  - Some of your hobbies/interests, and some things/topics that really matter to you  - Age and appearance is not that important, but feel free to include this as well!  - The more info, the merrier. In order for me to “get to know you” enough, I would suggest sending in several asks (2-3) so that you can elaborate all you want. Now for scenarios, there’s a catch. Unfortunately I will not accept character x reader scenario requests. I will however, accept requests for certain ships. The ships I accept scenario requests for are:  Klance Sheith Hance Shatt Shallura (no NSFW for these two, sorry!)
