You suddenly thought of your previous encounter with Hwang Hyunjin. He was your crush after all, but rumour says he got chosen by Chan with building a team with him. You didnât like how he got chosen before you, knowing that you were a trainee long before him. So you didnât go easy on him, like you usually do. He hates you for it, considering the other girls go head over heels for him. Jisungâs on your side when it comes to Hyunjin. He also thinks it's his looks that made Chan choose him.
Going back to practice, you finish your water bottle and head back to work. Just as you were turning on the music, the door opened. You look back, trying to see who it was. Before your mind could register who it was, Hyunjinâs lips was on yours already. Pushing you against the mirrored wall, he continued kissing you rough and hard. You kissed back, not resisting the temptation of his lips on yours.Â
Realizing what youâre doing, you pushed him. He didnât budge, his lips travelling to your jaw. He went closer to you, closing the gap between you. As you two were about to kiss again, Hyunjin suddenly stopped. You also froze, suddenly missing his lips on yours. He put you down and backed away, bringing the large gap from each other once again. You could see his erection bulging in his pants, clearly satisfied by what was happening. âWhatâs wrong?â you asked, confused. âGet back to work,â he said, smirking. Clearly he was also disappointed by the sudden hold back. You then realize what he said earlier, eyes growing wide, âso this is the punishment? Getting me high, then letting me down?â you asked, astonished. âYou were clearly enjoying it too.â
âIâll see you next time,â he said, winking. You rolled your eyes. Of course, this was just a makeout session.

âLook at me,â he said. You looked at him, trying to suppress all the emotions youâre feeling these days. Nevertheless, he saw it all.Â
His eyes softened, âcome hereâ he said while patting his lap, gesturing you to sit on it. You scoffed, trying to bring back your attention on your food. He still pulled you onto his lap, and hugged you ever so tightly. You slumped back, not fighting his hug anymore.Â
You both were silent after a while. âYou just.. donât have time for me anymore,â you said quietly, telling him whatâs been bothering you.Â
âIâm sorry, itâs just.. you know i donât like it when i'm not practicing. I feel like I need to catch up with the other membersâ improvements. I canât slack off,â he explained.Â
âI know..â you said. You stood up and turned around. Reaching for his face, you kissed him long and sweet. After some time, you sat back on his lap as you kissed him. He held you closer, not wanting any space between.

Just as you were about to fall asleep, someone tapped your shoulder. You immediately open your eyes, about to ask them why they had to disturb you.
Your eyes landed on a boy. âHow can I help you?â you started, not knowing what to say. âI just want to ask.. uhm.. do you have a boyfriend?â he asked, looking a bit shy but trying to hide it with a supposed-to-be-cool aura. He looked kinda cute. âUh, I donât..?â you said, a bit unsure, since you see two other boys looking at you guys from afar.
âOh, then.. can i have your number? I know it sounds creepy and all.. but I just want to get to know you.. if thatâs okay?â he reasoned, awkwardly gesturing things you donât understand with his hands. âI donât know..â you trailed off. He was really cute, and he looked really sincere with his words. He doesnât seem the type to do something bad either. You finally gave in and gave him your number, putting your name with it, since he didnât ask. He probably was too nervous to even think properly.
 As he was bidding goodbye, another voice spoke. âExcuse me?â the other started. âHey-â you stopped, shocked as you see Hyunjin, your crush when you were in elementary. âIâm sorry, but is that really you, y/n?â he asked, a bit shocked with the sudden encounter. âY-yeah, how are you? Itâs been so long,â you said and smiled, getting back your composure. âIâm great.. you?â he asked. âIâm fine..â you didnât know what to say. After finishing elementary, you said to yourself you wouldnât be shy anymore. Youâre missing out on many things when youâre shy, including getting to know your crush more. But seeing Hyunjin and his beautiful, strong stare, you couldnât avoid being shy again. ââŠokay, Iâm going now. Nice to meet you,â the cute boy trailed off, checking his phone ây/n,â he smiled. You smiled back as he turned away. As the cute boy disappears, you turn your attention back to Hyunjin. He had long hair, reaching his nape, almost reaching his shoulders. How could he look more beautiful? Your heart starts aching, starting to beat faster. Heâs way out of your league, just like back then.
 âWhat are you doing here?â you asked, attempting to start a conversation. You couldnât avoid admiring her appearance. She looks so different compared from before. It makes you wonder how much she changed. âI just finished work,â she said. âReally? Where do you work?â you asked. âI own a cafe, just right down the corner. You could visit tomorrow if you like, my treat,â she said and smiled. Her gaze and way of talking, why is she so different? You asked yourself. She makes me want to know her more. âI would like that,â you said and smiled, quite contented with your encounter with her. You started admiring her appearance, from her hair, down every inch of her. Her hair is longer, different from what she always liked. Her face shines differently, and it makes your heart thump. You didnât feel this before. âOh, my bus is here, are you going on it too?â she asked. âYeah,â you said. You actually got off your bus, seeing y/n talking with someone. This wasnât your way home, but you just had to make sure it was her. Luckily, her bus is the same with the direction you needed to go.
You both went on the bus, getting the window seat and Hyunjin sitting beside you. You donât know what to say or do. Your heartâs thumping nonstop, as if begging to get out. If only I could let you out right now, I wouldâve done it already. Distracting yourself from being too close to him, you looked out the window. He didnât know you had a crush on him, or so you think. You guys were in 3rd grade back then, and you told one of your friends you had a crush on Hyunjin. She said sheâd keep it a secret, and you trusted her, but after you told her, she said she would tell him and left the classroom, since Hyunjin was in a different class.
You didnât actually confirmed to her if she really told him, and instead avoided her together with Hyunjin. You didnât want him to know, since it would be awkward and he might think youâre befriending him just to make him like you back. You have had small interactions with Hyunjin, from 3rd grade until 6th. You had to move to another school, since you couldnât afford the tuition anymore. You didnât stop liking him though, still getting shy when you see him near his school, hoping he doesnât see you. You stalk him from time to time, looking at everything he posts publicly. You couldnât get the courage to follow him. After years, you would suddenly pop on his notifications? Hell no. You continued punishing yourself mentally from all the mistakes youâve made, not realizing Hyunjin was staring at you the whole ride, smiling to himself. You got off first, opening the door to your house and immediately buried yourself in your pillow, screaming the whole night.
You couldnât believe your eyes. It really was her. Itâs been years since you last saw her. You remember again how many times you started the topics this morning with her. She was always like that, even in elementary. Youâre always the one making a topic, since she doesnât seem interested in talking to you.
She was always with the same group of friends, and they were the only ones she always run to on lunch breaks. It was why for 4 years, you two hadnât got much interactions. There were times when she plays with you and the boys, games that requires running. She even made her team win because of her, complimenting her. She didnât care how she looks that much then, just having fun. You liked that about her. As a friend. It wasnât something else, unlike now.
âItâs a good thing I approached her, right, Kkami?â you asked your dog, which was minding itâs own business while youâre petting him. âShe looks so different now, her stare..â you trailed off. Your eyes went back to your dog, who was looking at you. âAh, why do I always talk to you, you canât even understand what Iâm saying,â you said, laughing to yourself as you fell asleep.

 âWeâre nothingâ he said, brushing your hair as you two lay in bed. Your heart shattered to pieces. You knew heâd say that, but something inside you hoped heâd say otherwise. You said nothing, too occupied in your own thoughts.
 âThis is nothing,â he started. â I want this to be nothing. âCause nothing lasts forever.â he said slowly, as he stared at you intently. As if he was waiting for something.
 You stared back at him, then suddenly your lips were on his once again. He responded, without any second thought. He was tugging at your lips, begging for more. You went on top of him as you kiss him deeper, stronger, like thereâs no tomorrow.
