Just once I'd like to see my co worker do some actual work. She was 30 minutes late today and has been locked up in an office that does not belong to her sleeping instead of working. She is getting paid to do nothing. And when I complain, the complaints are heard and I get a response of you complain too much. I wouldn't complain if she didnt give me reason too. HR is aware and still nothing has been done.

So that one co-worker, the one who does nothing, just got to work. She called me this morning and said she had a doctors appointment.... 5 hours later she shows up. And does she get to work, fuck no, she is taking a fucking lunch break. You missed the first five hours of your work day, you don’t get a fucking lunch break. It seems as though I only use this now to complain, and for that I apologize. 

So in the same old fashion it is time to complain about my lovely co-worker. We have big audit tomorrow. All of the information I need is stuff that she is suppose to file. Now when I get on our filing service and look for the things I need NOTHING IS THERE!! When I asked, she said because she has other things going on and doesn’t have the time to file....... HER JOB CONSIST OF NOTHING OTHER THAN FILING THESE THINGS..... so why are you not doing it???..... oh that’s right, because she’s too busy sleeping at her damn desk instead of working.... I am so done.

Does anyone else here work at a job that crushes their soul? Like, you wake up in the morning and don’t want to go to work. You don’t get paid enough to deal with the fact that you have to do not only your job, but everyone else’ as well? You do the same thing day in and day out, but that’s all there is to it? You have help, but they don’t do their job, forcing you to do it for them.

Anyone psychic? I need the lottery number please.
