This is a gentle cleanse and was not over powering or over bearing. I was able to leave the house and not have to worry about stomach cramps or running to the nearest bathroom at every other business we passed in town. The capsules are easy to swallow and no bad aftertaste. Took a day to work and I made sure to drink tons of water to help it move along quickly and easily. I did notice a difference in my stomach and I felt less bloated and my jeans were nice and comfy.

I had to post 2 pictures. This is my beloved coffee corner and i can never have enough. I have a closet of boxes of K Cups and I like to have a variety for myself and guest. The stand is nicer than my circular one because I can keep it out of the way and flush to the corner. I add the teas and the mochas and the hot chocolates to the stand and my son know that is the stand he gets to pick from. I can keep it flush to the wall and as you can tell it takes up less counter space. (See all the beautiful salads I prepped...FYI..they are fully loaded with lots of protein and flavors and that take a ton of room) I am able to do all my prepping without having to move things around. It fits in nicely with any kitchen decor and looks upscale and is made of good quality. I use regular K Cups in it and not the Karafe or the smaller ones. It spins nicely and none of the cups fall out while you are spinning it to make your brewing choice of warm goodness. These are priced nicely compared to what you will find in store. It is not plastic and holds 24 cups!

I gave this camera to my day care provider so that we could get the most accurate review from it and i am please to say that we are all pleased. It is not staticy and has a clear picture and gives us security. It was so easy to set up, took a total of 15 minutes for everything to be complete and accurate and we we ready to go and monitor. You can set this up to your liking and it feels sturdy but lightweight and it is not over bearing or overly noticeable where it attracts attention to it.

As you can tell from my pictures, I have super curly hair. I am always asked where I get my perm done and I simply reply, "Jesus did it." I have gone through so many straightening irons and we have gone to battle and came home and told the war stories. This is a great and inexpensive one that I like to keep in my gym bag. It offers adjustable temperatures from 240F to 450F (120C - 220C) and can suit all hair types. and some other key features such as ceramic/tourmaline plates that create a shinier, silkier finish in lesser time. 1 inch plate width, wide enough for any hair length and hair types, yet narrow enough for bangs. I can easily transform my frizzy, and dull hair into gorgeous straight, sleek locks. I happily use this with hair products and it cleans easy and is lightweight and easy to care for and handle like any other straightener you have tried. I have even dropped this a couple times on the locker room floor and squished my bag into my gym locker and she keeps it hot at all times and helps me keep my hair in check.

Feeding the ground!

Lately I have been getting sick again. Tonight I ate pinto beans and grilled blend of peppers, onions and tomatoes and totally fed the ground on the way home within 10 minutes of eating. (no butter, no fast, no sugar) I only ate about a cup and a half (if that) WTF is up with this? I wasn't stuffed, but I was satisfied. I swear one minute my body goes through these long cycles of:

1.) Don't eat

2.) Im starving but can only eat 4 bites and I want 4 bites every 2 hours

3.) EAT....wait...just kidding!

4.)Starving, eat now and actually lets me!

5.) Eat everything healthy and be hungry for it and then BARFFF everywhere!

Fuck yo Girl Scout Cookies (in my Rick James voice)

Everyone is ordering Girl Scout Cookies and im eating raw vegetables and greek yogurt! Do Girl scouts do this on purpose? Eye Openers!

Why am I so emotional while watching this show Skin Tight? I have worked so hard and lost so much and I dont see it like everyone else does because of my saggy meat suit! Time to do some consultations and get to that next stage in the weight loss journey. I have tried to fill this extra skin with myscle but im hurting my joints and body even more!
